CKT delivers 30,000 test point CKT1175 to Airbus' A320 new final assembly line in Tianjin...

A CK Technologies, Inc. CKT1175 has been installed in the new Airbus final assembly line (FAL) at Tianjin, China to verify the wiring integrity of critical aircraft circuits prior to the application of power to the aircraft's systems. This 30,000 test point CKT1175 is comprised of 116 LRU form-factor switching units, plus 5 suitcases switching units. The LRUs are designed for direct connection into the aircraft's electronics racks, eliminating cumbersome adapter cables, while the suitcase switching units provide connection to various connectorized sub-assemblies. In use for more than 15 years, this test methodology has proven to be an effective and efficient method for qualifying the wiring integrity of the aircraft prior to power-on.
