The CKT1190 is a low cost, benchtop cable test system which is available up to 300 test points. The basic system includes 100 test points; expansion is available in 100 test point increments. Plug-in adapter modules interface the cable-under-test to the test electronics. These adapter modules are available from stock for the most common connector types; new modules can normally be made available in 2 - 3 weeks.

The system is a micro-computer controlled, self-contained system that normally uses internal self-learn routines to "learn" the wiring configuration of the cable to be tested. Alternately, test programs can be manually generated using the system touch-panel display, or produced off-line on any PC and then down-loaded via a USB connection.

The CKT1190 is precision test system that will accurately test cables with resistances as low as 10 milliohms. Conductor-to-conductor insulation resistance can be tested at voltages to 1000 VDC and up to 1000 megohms.

In addition to English, the operator interface is available in German, French, Italian, Spanish and Chinese.
